This chai is the official beverage of UBX Cloud and will be served at all official company functions. This recipe is at the very core of our company fundamentals as Mohamed’s chai is meant to be shared and enjoyed with others. It also helps to fuel our team with the much needed caffeine we require to do our server management and other cloud style “ninja” tasks.

In a sauce pan fill it with about 1.5 inches of water
Take 3 teaspoon of chai mix (black tea, cardamom, peppercorns,
Take 3 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or vanilla powder)
Add a shit ton of cinnamon powder or sticks to taste
Boil the mixture for 5 minutes
Add 12 oz. of WHOLE milk to sauce pan per cup of tea
Stir frequently it and let it boil for 8-10 minutes until the milk turns dark
Watch out and lower the heat if it begins to over boil
Remove from heat and add 4 packets of sugar or sugar substitute
Remove from heat and use a coffee filter to strain the black tea from the mixture
Enjoy the tea and savor the unique Chennai experience.
This tea has about 1/3 the amount of caffeine as a typical cup of coffee.
